To finish your scepter/wand, you will need a 1/4" - 5/16" dowel, ribbon or paint to decorate the dowel, and ribbon for streamers (optional).

If you need a format not listed, please feel free to contact me to see if I can convert to your format (sorry, but .ART format is not available at this time).
